เงื่อนไขการใช้งาน (Terms of Use)

1. มาตรฐานของบทความ
   บทความที่เผยแพร่บนเว็บไซต์ koh-samet.org จะต้องมีคุณภาพ ได้มาตรฐาน และเป็นประโยชน์ต่อผู้อ่าน ทีมงานจะทำการตรวจสอบ พิจารณา และอนุมัติก่อนเผยแพร่ทุกครั้ง เพื่อให้มั่นใจว่าเป็นเนื้อหาที่เหมาะสม

2. สิ่งที่ไม่อนุญาต

   • เนื้อหาที่เป็น สแปม (Spam)

   • เนื้อหาที่เป็น ลิงก์ฟาร์ม (Link Farm) หรือการสร้างลิงก์ที่ผิดธรรมชาติ

   • บทความที่ละเมิดลิขสิทธิ์ ขัดต่อกฎหมาย หรือสร้างผลเสียต่อสังคม

   • เนื้อหาที่ขัดต่อจริยธรรม หรือก่อให้เกิดความเข้าใจผิดแก่สาธารณะ

3. สิทธิ์ของเว็บไซต์
   ทีมงานขอสงวนสิทธิ์ในการแก้ไข ปรับปรุง หรือลบเนื้อหาที่ไม่เป็นไปตามมาตรฐานของเว็บไซต์โดยไม่จำเป็นต้องแจ้งให้เจ้าของบทความทราบล่วงหน้า

4. ความรับผิดชอบของผู้ส่งบทความ
   ผู้ส่งบทความต้องรับรองว่าเนื้อหาที่ส่งมาเป็นผลงานที่ถูกต้องตามกฎหมาย ไม่ละเมิดสิทธิของบุคคลอื่น หากเกิดข้อพิพาททางกฎหมาย ผู้ส่งบทความต้องรับผิดชอบแต่เพียงผู้เดียว
